Pairs reshape the grid

Play Monte Carlo Solitaire

Monte Carlo is a spatial matching game. Every removed pair changes future adjacency when the grid is consolidated, so timing matters as much as spotting a match.

Remove adjacent equal ranks from a five-by-five grid, then close and refill the gaps.

  1. Remove two cards of the same rank when they touch horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

  2. After one or more removals, consolidate by sliding every remaining card left and upward in reading order.

  3. Refill the open spaces from stock after consolidation.

  4. Suits do not matter.
