Use of the site
You may use the site for personal, lawful recreation and learning. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with another visitor’s use.
Rules and availability
Traditional card games can have multiple accepted variants. We identify the implemented rules version and correct material errors, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every household’s rules will match the selected variant.
Optional accounts
No account is required to play. If you choose an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for activity under that account. Do not use another person’s account, misrepresent your authority to use an email or Google account, probe another player’s data, or use sign-in and synchronization features abusively.
Email/password and Google sign-in are provided through Firebase Authentication. Email verification is required before cloud synchronization begins and before the client can create or update records. While verification is pending, a signed-in owner can still read or delete existing records tied to that Firebase user ID, including during account deletion. Google sign-in may also be governed by terms between you and Google. Account features can be unavailable even while local play remains available.
Local data and synchronization
The service is local-first. Statistics, favorites, recent games, and current-deal saves may stay only in the browser unless you choose an account and synchronization. Importing guest data into a new or existing account requires a separate choice. Merged records follow the service’s documented deterministic merge rules; synchronization is a convenience, not a guaranteed backup service.
You may request account deletion from the account controls. The deletion flow places a temporary write guard, removes active cloud player data, and then deletes the authentication account; it may require a recent sign-in. After confirmed account deletion, the site clears that account’s local player records in the initiating browser or reports a browser-storage cleanup failure. Browser-held records on another device remain subject to that browser’s site-data controls. A minimal local protection marker keeps already-open tabs from recreating deleted records; it does not automatically clear unrelated guest data. No advertising or purchases
The current service and optional account have no advertising, subscriptions, store, or purchase requirement. An account sign-in is not consent to future advertising or marketing email.
No wagering
The service does not provide gambling, prizes, wagering, or real-money game mechanics.
Beta software
Features and saved-state formats may change during the beta period. Where practical, we will update older saved deals so they keep working, but an incompatible save may occasionally need to restart under a newer rules version. Account, synchronization, and statistics features may also change, and temporary failures must not be treated as confirmation that a write, merge, or deletion completed.
