How to play TriPeaks Solitaire

Uncover three overlapping peaks by extending a one-rank-up-or-down waste sequence.

  1. A tableau card is exposed only when both cards covering it have been removed.

  2. Play an exposed card one rank higher or lower than the waste top, regardless of suit.

  3. This version does not wrap between ace and king.

  4. Draw from stock when you choose to end the current run.

How to win

Remove all 28 cards from the three peaks.

Set up the table

Use the steps below to play this rules version with ordinary cards and no screen.

  1. Deal 28 cards into three overlapping peaks: three peak cards, two cards beneath each peak, a connected middle row, and ten cards across the bottom.
  2. Only the ten bottom-row cards begin face up.
  3. Turn one of the remaining 24 cards up as the waste and keep 23 face down as stock.
